We would personally like to invite you to become a member of an up and coming support group for mothers and their children. We would like to take this opportunity to give you an introduction of how this organization came about.

About a year ago we were looking for other mothers out there to build friendships with. The strange thing was that we did not even know each other. A couple of months later, we met by accident online. We were both posting on the same message board looking for playgroups for our boys. We were both looking for some kind of support and friendship for ourselves as well as playmates for our children. So together we went off seeking a MOMS group in our area. It felt like a lifetime, but we found one and together decided to go and check it out. Our initial reaction was a not a great one. We felt that we were just looked upon as other mothers with children. From that point on we made a promise; that together we would welcome every mother we met with “Open Arms of Friendship and Support.” Now almost 6 months later, we have our own MOMMIESCLUB. It is our passion to help other mothers that want the same for themselves and their children. We would like to assist other MOMMIES in starting their own MOMMIESCLUB in their own town.

MOMMIESCLUB offers support and friendship to mothers and their children. With outings ranging from playgroups at local parks and playgrounds to trips to the zoo, museums, etc., we not only get away from the stresses of home ourselves, but we also give our children an opportunity to grow mentally and physically with the support and friendship of others. MOMMIESCLUB also participates in babysitting swaps, monthly MOMMIES nights out, craft and scrapbook nights, and helping raise funds for local and national charitable organizations. We want every “MOMMIE” in our organization to feel welcome in MOMMIESCLUB.
