Baseball-Button Toss
For this great game, you will need the following

a box top (approx 10 x 14 inches)
paint (optional)
knife or scissors
ruler
marker
large buttons

How To
If desired, paint the box top and set it aside to dry.  Once dry, mark off and cut holes in the same way as the illustration below.  There will be a total of 7 holes (home plate, bases 1-3, and right, center and left field).
Draw in the base lines using the marker and label each hole as follows:

home plate - "out"
first base - "single"
second base - "double"
third base - "triple"
left field - "home run"
center field - "out"
right field - "home run"
(see illustration below)

To play, use large buttons and toss them from a distance of about 5 feet into the various holes.  Play and keep score just like it were a real baseball game.  When your button lands in a hole marked "out" three times in one inning, your turn is over and it's the next person's turn "up to bat".  When you get one man on first or second base, try to score by getting more men on base or "hitting" a home run.
