Number Ring Toss

For this project, you will need the following

a cardboard box top at least 12 inches square
paint (optional)
cutting tool (scissors or knife)
10 wooden (non spring) clothespins
rubber jar rings

How To
First, if desired, paint your box top and let it dry.  Once dry, cut 10 holes of 1/2 inch diameter in the box top where shown in the illustration below.  Insert a clothespin into each hole.  Write numbers 1-10 next to each clothespin as shown.

To play, kneel about 5 feet from the game and try to toss a ring over the clothespin with the highest number.  Keep score and see who gets the highest total after 10 tosses or see who gets to a predetermined number first.
