Guidelines

Below are some very basic guidelines for starting and managing a MommiesClub*. 

1.  emommies.net will not charge a fee to any leader for creating a MommiesClub chapter.

2.  Members of MommiesClub chapters should not be expected to pay a joining fee.  Obviously though, they will be expected to pay their way at whichever events they choose to attend.  Members may also want to consider pooling some money for special things like membership drives etc.

3. All MommiesClub should have an online location.  That can be a Yahoo!Group, Yahoo!Club or a homepage created specifically for this purpose.  Please consider adding a link to emommies.net.  The url is http://www.emommies.net

4.  MommiesClub chapters shall not discriminate against any mommie for any reason.

5.  MommiesClub chapter leaders need to be registered with emommies.net.  Each chapter must provide the following information:  Chapter name, home page or group url, contact name, and contact email address.  You will also need to specify how you want interested members to contact you.

6.  MommiesClub chapter leaders will be asked periodically (about every other month) to fill out a survey/update form.  (That way, when someone asks me about a club, I can say with confidence that it's a awesome club that does lots of great stuff like...)  You can find the form online in our MommiesClub Leaders section.  Feel free to fill it out as often as you want.

7.  MOST IMPORTANT:  HAVE FUN WITH THIS!

Well, that's about it.  My goal is to have all the groups intertwined in a manner of speaking.  What would be really cool would be for us to be one huge family.  We can even visit other local chapters on occasion.  Seriously consider getting together with neighbor chapters periodically for special cookouts or "reunions" of sorts.
